The food gets stuck to the colon and ferment and decay along the colon making the environment toxic. The environment built inside shows up on the outside and if there is aggravation and irritability on the inside, it will start showing on the outside. Enema relieves constipation, flatulence and indigestion and irritability and aggravation caused due to toxic colon.
